About The Position

Resolut is hiring an AI Integration Developer to join a small but growing internal Software Development team. The role focuses on securely connecting AI to company data and workflows, including building AI-ready data sources and tools used in daily operations. The team develops custom solutions for engineering and business operations, ranging from engineering calculations and automations to full-stack and mobile applications. This position will help lead the company’s AI integration and shape its AI tools, standards, and strategy. The role is full-time and in person in Murray, Utah.

Requirements

Strong experience designing and managing SQL databases, such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines between business systems.
Working knowledge of LLM APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Professional experience writing and maintaining C# applications.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects at once.
Confidence leading training and collaborating with engineers and business staff.
Working knowledge of basic GitHub workflows, such as branching, commits, and pull requests.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Development, or a similar field from an EAC/ABET-accredited university, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Python experience.
Experience in the MEP industry or with Autodesk Revit data.
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines that turn internal data into clean, AI-ready sources.
Design, manage, and optimize database schemas, indexing, access controls, and backups.
Build and maintain MCP servers that securely connect AI tools to company data and applications.
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, scope requirements, and set priorities.
Establish guardrails for data quality, security, permissions, and responsible AI use.
Lead training sessions to help engineers and staff use AI tools effectively.
