The Integrated Project Manager will serve as the central point of contact across Marketing, Content, and Product teams, ensuring complex, cross-functional initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. This role involves owning the planning infrastructure, managing workflows, and fostering collaboration among teams with diverse working styles and priorities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management or program coordination experience, ideally within a marketing, media, or consumer product environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Notion (or a comparable PM tool) and the ability to help others use it effectively.
  • Familiarity with brand standards and the ability to constructively flag inconsistencies in tone, visuals, or messaging.
  • A systems-oriented mind paired with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High ownership and low ego; energized by enabling others' effectiveness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear briefs, concise status updates, and candid recaps.
  • Comfort managing ambiguity and helping to shape evolving roles and company processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in DTC, membership, or subscription businesses.
  • Familiarity with editorial planning or performance marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated project plan spanning Marketing, Content, and Product, ensuring workstreams are sequenced correctly and dependencies are surfaced before they become blockers.
  • Help lead kickoffs, working sessions, and milestone check-ins; build attendee lists that reflect who actually needs to be in the room.
  • Maintain and evolve Good Inside's project management infrastructure in Notion, keeping tickets current, templates consistent, and views actionable.
  • Create repeatable playbooks for recurring initiative types (product launches, campaign rollouts, content calendars) to streamline processes.
  • Drive accountability across teams without direct authority, ensuring timely updates, early blocker identification, and deadline adherence.
  • Ensure proper communication and timing between teams, such as content briefing before design, copy approval before development, and QA completion before launch.
  • Identify friction in existing systems and propose improvements, focusing on process optimization.
  • Communicate project status clearly to senior stakeholders, translating complexity into actionable updates.
