About The Position

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Temporary Sr. Integrated Project Manager with experience in both print and digital production to join their Project Management team. This is a two-month, temporary assignment, ideally starting at the end of May. The role is within a fast-paced internal creative agency that is directly connected to product development. The agency creates assets such as ads, outdoor boards, and social posts, and is involved in packaging, trade shows, and POS, managing the delivery of materials across these workstreams. This position is responsible for managing the intake flow and milestones for all FIJI Water brand projects, including developing timelines, executing review flows, managing information during reviews, assessing risk, and reporting on project progress. The role requires serving as the caretaker of each project at both detail and big-picture levels. This position will be based at their West Los Angeles, CA office, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence Monday-Wednesday and remote work option on Thursday and Friday.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years as a project manager in a full-service ad agency.
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows, including creative production (print, digital, and broadcast).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Ziflow, Workfront, Monday, Asana, etc.
  • Exemplary follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing small to large-scale projects.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with an emphasis on maintaining creative excellence.
  • Problem-solving mindset – ability to listen, gather information, evaluate the situation, and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating OOH advertising, in-store displays, brochures, and other print campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple offline and digital projects simultaneously from concept to delivery.
  • Oversee print production projects, including direct mail, out-of-home (OOH), in-store displays, magazine ads, packaging, and collateral, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and specifications as needed.
  • Lead the communication of goals, deliverables, timelines, and status updates to both the Agency and client teams.
  • Identify potential roadblocks, proactively recommend solutions, and keep projects on track.
  • Ensure final deliverables align with the Agency and client’s vision, budget, and timeline.
  • Foster strong relationships within the Agency and with clients, setting clear expectations and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Work closely with other Project Managers and the creative team to allocate resources effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and reliable work environment by ensuring clear and direct communication, setting and managing expectations, and proactively addressing challenges.
