About The Position

As an Integrated Campaigns Manager at Baseten, you'll own the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate go-to-market momentum. This role is for a strategic, AI-native marketer who thrives on bringing campaigns to life end-to-end — from brief to launch to post-mortem — and who can orchestrate across channels, teams, and timelines with equal fluency. You'll be responsible for building cohesive, full-funnel campaign programs — spanning content, paid, email, events, and web — to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline as we scale through FY’27.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of startup experience with a focus on campaign management or integrated marketing. Developer audience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel campaigns end-to-end with strong project management instincts.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign metrics and attribution. Excel mandatory. BI tool familiarity mandatory. SQL preferred, or a willingness to learn on the job.
  • Sharp storytelling instincts — you know how to translate a product narrative into a campaign that lands with a technical audience.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in high-growth, early-stage environments.
  • Automation- and AI-native mindset; ability to leverage tools to move fast and scale impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns across the full funnel (paid, email, content, social, events).
  • Lead campaign planning and project management, ensuring cross-functional alignment from brief through launch and measurement.
  • Collaborate with content, design, data, sales, and product marketing to develop unified campaign narratives that resonate with our ICP.
  • Build campaign measurement frameworks to track engagement, pipeline influence, conversion, and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain a campaign calendar that supports product launches, seasonal moments, and always-on demand programs.
  • Run structured post-campaign analyses and share learnings to continuously sharpen our messaging and channel mix.
  • Identify and test new campaign formats and channels that work for our audience and scale what wins.
