About The Position

We are seeking a versatile, "T-shaped" Marketer who can balance the art of building compelling content with the science of data-driven growth. You’ll be responsible for crafting a high-impact brand voice that resonates with technical buyers, while simultaneously engineering scalable workflows, maintaining GDPR-compliant data integrity, and Marketing-to-Sales handoffs that turn engagement into revenue. Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record in both strategic planning and technical execution. (B2B or Tech experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise.
  • Experience working in a startup or mid-sized company where you had to build the systems you used.
  • Ability to write compelling copy for a variety of audiences and formats, making technical topics approachable.
  • Possess an obsessive eye for detail and a "fail-safe" mentality. You are as comfortable proofreading a newsletter for tone as you are auditing a 20-step HubSpot workflow for logic gaps.
  • Skilled at managing multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneously, remaining calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office, Project Management tools (Asana/Monday), and a working knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe).
  • Comfortable working with data to prove (or disprove) campaign effectiveness and translate complex metrics into actionable insights.

Nice To Haves

  • A solid understanding of the cloud ecosystem. You don't need to code, but you should know why a "Digital Transformation" or "Cloud Migration" matters to a CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead architect of our Hubspot ecosystem, managing the full MarTech stack and its critical integrations (SalesForce, WebinarGeek, Slack, etc).
  • Develop the end-to-end lead journey from “Subscriber" to "SQL”, ensuring a documented and seamless hand-off between Marketing and Sales.
  • Design, build, and optimize sophisticated lead nurturing workflows, automated email triggers, form captures, and lifecycle stage transitions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing team members, and external vendors to translate complex cloud concepts into high-impact content, including case studies, newsletters, and social media that build brand recognition, authority, and engagement.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand story and customer experience across every digital touchpoint.
  • Maintain a clean Marketing database by managing property mappings and list hygiene while ensuring global data compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
  • Conduct market research to identify shifts in buyer behavior, having fun proactively testing new engagement techniques to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Monitor key metrics (e.g., open rates, PR mentions, engagement) and pivot strategies based on data.
  • Create and maintain attribution reports to prove the ROI of social content, events, and external media investments.
