This role is crucial for building the execution backbone to ensure marketing investments are effective. The position involves building an integrated marketing function from scratch, setting the direction for campaign execution across the marketing organization. It is a highly impactful practitioner role with significant scale and stakes, rather than a management position. The marketing team consists of 19 people, with broader campaign execution involving a larger group. While performance marketing is a strength and brand is being rebuilt, integrated marketing is the gap this role will fill. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the direction set for campaign execution, channel connection, and brand presence will shape the output of a larger team. This role is critical as Neo plans to significantly increase its marketing spend, and the organization needs to execute effectively to maximize this investment.
