About The Position

This internship opportunity is within the Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) business, which is a team of international and regional consultants helping multinational companies navigate complex global business, cultural, language, and regulatory environments. The IGS team assists large organizations in developing complex, often global/cross-border solutions for the design, establishment, financing, operation, oversight, and monitoring of their benefit and compensation programs worldwide. They collaborate closely with local offices in other geographies and subject matter experts in other segments to meet the needs of both local and headquarter management. As an intern, you will be assigned to various client teams to assist in providing consulting advice and services to multinational companies. This will involve addressing retirement, health and welfare, and broader benefits and compensation issues for their global operations. You will act as a resource for associates and consultants, performing intricate aspects of client work. The role offers immediate exposure to real client assignments, requiring imagination, creativity, data analysis, conclusion drawing, and presentation of results. These experiences are designed to build technical knowledge and industry expertise within a close-knit team environment.

Requirements

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Student visas, CPT, OPT, H-1B, TN, and other temporary work authorizations are considered restricted forms of employment eligibility. Must be able to present another valid form of work authorization once these expire.
