Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field, preferred
  • Experience in healthcare outreach, ABA services, or related field, preferred
  • Knowledge of ABA and autism services, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase client referrals and brand awareness
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including but not limited to: Pediatricians, psychologists, and other healthcare providers, Schools, special education staff, and school districts, Regional centers, case managers, and social workers, Community organizations and parent support groups
  • Conduct in-person outreach efforts, including, but not limited to: Attending community events, resource fairs, and networking meetings, Scheduling and leading presentations about ABA services, Visiting clinics, schools, and partner organizations
  • Track and manage referral pipelines, including, including but not limited to: Following up with potential clients and referral partners, Maintaining accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes
  • Collaborating with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Serve as a point of contact for prospective families by: Providing education on ABA services and the intake process, Answering initial questions and guiding families through next steps
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to: Identify target markets and growth opportunities, Support marketing campaigns and initiatives, Provide feedback on community needs and trends
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Travel regularly throughout the service area for meetings, events and other business activities
