About The Position

Refugee Women’s Alliance (ReWA) is hiring an Intake Navigator to support clients as they begin accessing immigration legal services. Based primarily at ReWA’s MLK office in Seattle, this role is one of the first points of contact for clients and helps ensure an organized, welcoming, and responsive intake experience. The position is primarily onsite, with four days onsite and one remote day once onboarded, and includes regular travel to other ReWA locations. The schedule is full time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The Intake Navigator monitors referrals and intake submissions, communicates with prospective clients about next steps, gathers information and documents, creates client profiles, and coordinates consultations with attorneys, DOJ-accredited representatives, or program staff. The role also supports document organization, consultation payment collection and processing, accurate and confidential client records, and a smooth handoff to the legal services team. The Navigator collaborates with program colleagues, supports clinics and other activities as needed, and helps identify ways to improve the intake process. ReWA is a multiethnic nonprofit organization serving refugee and immigrant women, families, and communities throughout King and Snohomish Counties. Its Immigration Legal Services program helps individuals and families navigate immigration processes and access ethical legal support.
