About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data entry, inventory, production operations, or a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Working knowledge of operational processes and standard organizational practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and a highly organized approach to work.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 pounds repetitively.
  • Ability to operate a power industrial lift and/or manual pallet jack for loading, unloading, and moving products.

Responsibilities

  • Enter project details accurately into internal systems and maintain detailed intake records and spreadsheets.
  • Complete project intakes and ERP (NetSuite) assessments accurately and within required timelines.
  • Prepare ordering templates and place product orders in a timely manner to support production schedules.
  • Coordinate client sample preparation with production leadership, sales, and clients as needed.
  • Partner with the Production Supervisor to support operational planning and day-to-day workflow execution.
  • Provide daily lab and production support to help meet team goals, service expectations, and output targets.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, data integrity requirements, client security protocols, and chain-of-custody procedures.
  • Communicate production updates, quality concerns, delays, and workflow issues to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation in partnership with the Production Supervisor.
  • Build effective working relationships across departments to support collaboration, customer needs, and delivery commitments.
  • Support the timely return of client materials following production completion.
