About The Position

The Intake Data Entry role provides service by confirming and auditing data for appropriate claim administration. The position also makes and responds to phone calls as needed to support data accuracy and claim handling, and performs other duties or tasks based on company needs. The role is located in Elgin, Illinois, with hours of 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One year of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products, the Windows environment, and a variety of in-house databases.
Meet minimum typing requirements of 35 words per minute.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to apply logic to interpret information and make sound decisions.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
Ability to meet all attendance expectations.
Responsibility and ownership to ensure callers receive the highest possible customer experience.
