About The Position

Intake Coordinators support MedSpeed’s on-demand operations by interacting with customers via telephone. They deliver a strong customer experience while assisting with order entry, issue resolution, and other customer requests. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Appropriate customer-care skills, including empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, and helpfulness.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive attitude aligned with a culture of teamwork, keeping promises, and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
Punctuality and consistent, reliable attendance.
Process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and strong problem-solving skills.
Collaborative work style and ability to work well within and across departments.
Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed.
Strong typing and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries by telephone while meeting corporate guidelines and performance standards.
Manage a high volume of daily inbound calls, maintaining a positive, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor and answering inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Address general questions about MedSpeed’s service process.
Resolve customer issues over the phone using effective communication skills.
Log, track, and document issues using online systems and procedures and in accordance with applicable guidelines and requirements.
Provide a high-quality customer experience by following quality guidelines and responding to customer feedback.
Complete assigned special projects.
Maintain current knowledge of MedSpeed service policies, procedures, and specific client requirements.
Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
