The Intake Coordinator is responsible for completing the intake process for veterans entering programming and collaborating with other departments to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• High school diploma (in combination with applicable experience)
• Driver License
• CPR

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in therapeutic recreation or another subject related to health care
• Bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation or recreation with a concentration in therapeutic recreation

Responsibilities

• Completing the intake process for veterans entering programming
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure continuity of care
• Scheduling arrivals
• Assisting with transportation of clients
• Completing initial intake paperwork pursuant to the requirements of the program
