About The Position

Paramount Settlement Advisors is a leading settlement planning provider partnering with personal injury law firms to deliver planning-first solutions for plaintiffs and their families. Our work incorporates complex legal review, public benefit analysis, and planning strategies designed to protect clients’ long-term interests at the time of settlement and beyond. Our focus is to provide services that help ensure accurate and complete health insurance liens associated with personal injury recoveries, while supporting plaintiffs as they transition to life after settlement. Our lien resolution and settlement planning teams work closely together, so attorneys and plaintiffs receive clear, consistent guidance and can move through the settlement process with confidence.   • Competence with administrative duties, data entry, and tracking cases in a case management system.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new referrals and inbound attorney inquiries.
  • Schedule, document, and track all incoming intakes to ensure timely review and completion.
  • Gather client, attorney, and case details in accordance with firm protocols.
  • Review submitted intake forms and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with referring firms, clients, and internal teams by phone and email.
  • Conduct professional, structured follow-ups to secure authorizations, missing documents, or clarifications.
  • Maintain meticulous record-keeping practices in Salesforce/Litify and Docrio.
  • Follow established naming conventions, field standards, and process workflows.
