Requirements

- 1 year of experience
Responsibilities
- Supervising the 24/7 team
- Monitoring the functional operation of the program and facility
- Monitoring the activities of residents and ensuring their compliance with program rules and conditions
- Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and performance of stated duties
- Working closely with the Assistant Program Director on all issues associated with residential staff
