About The Position

The Ward Law Group is seeking a bilingual Intake Case Manager to guide clients through the early stages of their personal injury cases. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day by assisting injured clients in taking their next step forward. The ideal candidate will have personal injury experience, communicate with empathy, and stay organized in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least two years of plaintiff personal injury intake or pre-litigation experience.
  • At least two years of experience handling insurance claims, client coordination, or related case management responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high call volume and a large caseload while meeting deadlines and performance expectations.
  • Experience using Litify, Salesforce, or comparable legal case management software.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • 1+ years of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
  • Demonstrated experience handling bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, property damage claims, PIP, medical records and bill collection, insurance communications, subrogation matters, attorney liens, and demand preparation.
  • Proficiency with Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems.
  • Excellent client communication, organization, and case management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake interviews and gather accurate information about accidents, injuries, medical treatment, and insurance coverage.
  • Open cases, obtain supporting documents, and maintain complete records in Litify.
  • Handle 50+ inbound calls daily while providing clear, professional, and compassionate service.
  • Manage follow-up across a caseload of 300+ matters, keeping tasks, documentation, and client communications current.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and internal teams to obtain information and move cases forward.
  • Explain administrative next steps, provide case updates, and refer legal questions to the appropriate attorney.
  • Meet departmental expectations for responsiveness, documentation accuracy, productivity, and timely follow-up.
