About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to connect with business owners and individual clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward supplemental insurance solutions that provide security and peace of mind. The role focuses on creating a positive, supportive client experience grounded in empathy, integrity, and service. It is an in-person position serving a local territory and is classified as full-time independent contractor work. Compensation is commission-based, with an average annual range of $65,000–$85,000 for entry-level agents and an optional base draw during the first six weeks. The company offers comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, and licensing assistance and reimbursement.
