About The Position

The Gainey Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, offering flexibility and the potential to grow income based on individual production. The role involves connecting with individuals and families interested in insurance protection, understanding their needs, identifying appropriate solutions, conducting virtual or phone-based appointments, following up with prospective clients, building client relationships, and participating in ongoing training and team development. Representatives will work independently but receive support from an experienced team.

Requirements

Motivated and dependable
Comfortable communicating with people
Coachable and willing to learn
Self-driven and goal-oriented
Able to work independently from a home office
Interested in building a long-term career in sales
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Willing and able to obtain the appropriate insurance license required for their state
