About The Position
Senior Trust Life is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our sales team as Insurance Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for those looking to enter the insurance industry without prior experience or a license, as the company provides comprehensive training and financial support to help candidates obtain their Texas General Lines Life, Health, Accident, and HMO insurance license. Upon successful licensing, the role transitions into a stable W2 sales position with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Ability to study on-site for the initial 5-day training window.
- Commitment to work with Senior Trust Life for 90 days post-carrier contracting after passing the exam.
- Willingness to dedicate oneself to passing the state exam.
Nice To Haves
- No prior insurance experience or license required.
Responsibilities
- Study on-site using company resources for 5 business days to prepare for the insurance licensing exam.
- Pass the state insurance licensing exam.
- Transition to a W2 sales role upon license approval.
- Engage in sales activities and earn commission.
