About The Position

Cleft of the Rock provides supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. The Insurance Sales Representative and Trainer presents insurance options, guides clients through their decisions, and builds and maintains a book of business. The role also trains and mentors team members, supports their success, and works with management to track performance and uphold best practices. Responsibilities

Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions clearly and thoughtfully.
Conduct individual consultations and group presentations for teams of various sizes.
Build and maintain a book of business with attention to client needs.
Train and mentor new team members, providing professional and supportive guidance.
Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure a positive client experience.
Collaborate with management to set goals, track performance, and uphold best practices.
