About The Position

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join a team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the insurance industry to provide exceptional service to a valued customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, and selling personal lines insurance products while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days a week with mileage reimbursement for travel to alternate office locations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of proven success in the insurance industry.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to multiple office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Generate and develop leads through various channels, including member base, walk-ins, phone, internet, and networking.
Actively maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects.
Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting calls per week and track activity.
Meet or exceed key performance goals, including achieving a 33% closing rate.
Provide quotes and sell personal lines insurance products while educating customers on their options.
Collaborate with Client Service Agents to support complex service needs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain customer confidentiality.
Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities across the organization’s products and services.
