Requirements

Active Property & Casualty License in your home state.
2+ years of insurance sales experience (3-5 years preferred).
Ability to obtain Life and/or additional required licenses within 60 days of hire.
Proven success in sales, customer retention, or account management.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.

Nice To Haves

Multi-state licensing is a plus.
Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply for select locations.

Responsibilities

Sell and cross-sell personal insurance products to new and existing customers.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that drive retention and renewals.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Meet individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
Maintain required licensing and continuing education requirements.
