Requirements
- One year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Connect with qualified leads and help customers find the insurance coverage that fits their needs
- Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to provide exceptional service
- Meet individual sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Keep organized records using our CRM and agency systems
- Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing coaching and training
