Responsibilities

Obtain your Property & Casualty license within your first month (study materials provided at no cost).
Work with qualified, warm leads, cool calling lists, or purchased leads.
Handle high call volume to generate quotes and present customized insurance solutions.
Build strong, long‑term client relationships rooted in trust and service.
Identify cross‑sell opportunities across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.
Maintain organized databases and follow‑up pipelines.
Stay current on insurance products, offerings, and market trends.
Collaborate with agency leadership and teammates to exceed sales goals.
Commit to an in‑office Monday–Friday schedule.
