About The Position
The Kelsie Porter Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most while building a successful book of business. This role offers a career path with training, support, and opportunities for growth, including the potential to become a top producer, move into leadership, or own your own Farmers Insurance agency. No prior insurance experience is required if candidates are coachable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Willing to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying clients' needs and recommending personalized insurance solutions
- Educating customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products
- Following up with leads, generating referrals, and networking within the community
- Providing exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Working toward individual sales goals while creating long-term client relationships
- Continuing to learn about new products and industry trends
