About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, training, and support while gaining hands-on experience and building a business serving educators. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure with commissions, incentives, and bonuses, and can be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. No external office is required, and the description notes flexible work options. Producers can leverage established books of business while building their own practice, supported by a multi-line product portfolio, value-added services, and networking opportunities.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
