About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a multi-line product portfolio. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure, including enhanced commissions, incentives, and production bonuses during the first 36 months. There is no external office requirement, and work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
