About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training on products designed for educators. Producers build their own business by developing a client base, cultivating market relationships, and investing time and resources in business growth. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based and includes enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Top performers may earn all-expenses-paid trips.

Requirements

• Self-motivation and the ability to manage one's own business.
• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
