About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers develop and manage their own business, build a client base, and connect with prospective clients through presentations, community events, and networking. The position uses a performance-based compensation model identified as 1099, with enhanced commissions and incentives during the first 36 months.
