About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers build and manage their own business while using established books of business, value-added services, and a multi-line product portfolio. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement. The Producer receives guidance and accountability from a Regional Field Leader, who also serves as the Agency Consultant. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, uncapped earning potential, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Top performers may also earn all-expenses-paid trips.
