About The Position

As a Producer on the Yacht team at Marsh McLennan Agency, you will develop new Marine/Yacht business and build client relationships. Producers serve as revenue growth drivers, primary relationship stewards, lead strategists, and complex problem solvers. The role involves presenting the Agency’s value proposition and aligning its resources and capabilities to each opportunity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and active Florida 2-20 insurance license.
• Prior B2B sales experience with consultative sales skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.
• Proficiency with agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive prospecting plan, including targets and methods for turning Marine/Yacht prospects into clients.
• Network with centers of influence to develop new opportunities.
• Present MMA’s value proposition for each opportunity and align Agency resources and capabilities.
• Leverage referrals and targeted introductions from clients, prospects, and business relationships.
