About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and related financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products tailored to educators. The role involves building a client base and business through presentations, community engagement, networking, and relationship development. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, uncapped earning potential, and monthly incentives and quarterly production bonuses during the first 36 months. A sign-on bonus and other structured incentive opportunities are also offered. Top performers may qualify for all-expenses-paid trips.
