About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to serve educators in the Clovis, New Mexico area. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience. Horace Mann provides products tailored to educators, training, and support for building a client base and growing an insurance business. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, enhanced commissions, incentives, bonuses, and access to established books of business and a niche market. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
