About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a niche educator market and a multi-line product portfolio. Producers build their own business while leveraging established books of business, value-added services, streamlined sales processes, and networking opportunities. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, sales-volume incentives, production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
