About The Position

We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Personal Lines Producer to join our team in Ventura/LA, California, United States. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from conception through completion, driving results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. As a Producer, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure every project exceeds expectations. Requirements

  • State-issued Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study.
  • 2-5 years in an insurance sales role
  • Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, analyzing costs and optimizing allocation to maximize return on investment
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners, fostering transparent communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations
  • Analyze project performance metrics and data to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, conducting detailed reviews to ensure all deliverables meet established standards and organizational requirements
  • Lead team meetings and brainstorming sessions, motivating colleagues and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment where creative ideas thrive
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and multitasking capabilities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Document project processes, outcomes, and lessons learned, contributing to organizational knowledge and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
  • Acts as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus for highest probability of long-term success.
  • Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
  • Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts.
  • Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platforms
