We’re searching for an Insurance Payable Administrator for a 6 month contract role. This is a hybrid position based out of our Surrey, BC office. Are you searching for new possibilities? As an Insurance Payable Administrator, you'll support the smooth operation of Westland’s financial processes through accurate payment administration and invoice processing. Working alongside a collaborative Accounting Team, you'll use your attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver exceptional service and maintain efficient accounting practices.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office environments and ERP systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new applications.
• Post-secondary training in accounting, with 1-2 years' experience in an AP department.
• A taskmaster with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Likes numbers and people, with an eye for the details.
• A natural problem-solver, enjoys troubleshooting issues and seeking solutions.

• Deliver exceptional service and maintain efficient accounting practices.
