About The Position

Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys in the Orlando, Florida coverage area. Contractors survey residential and commercial properties by photographing each property, gathering details about the property and its overall condition, preparing reports promptly, and submitting reports online through a PC or desktop computer with attachments. Davies provides onboarding and support. Applications are considered only when submitted through the official hiring portal.

Requirements

• Have a reliable car for travel to inspections.
• Have a computer running Microsoft Windows 10 or newer.
• Have a smartphone or digital camera.
• Have reliable home internet.
• Have basic computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial properties to conduct insurance surveys.
• Photograph properties and gather property details and information about overall conditions.
• Prepare and submit survey reports in a timely manner through a PC or desktop computer, including attachments.
