About The Position

Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections in the Chesterfield, Virginia coverage area. Contractors survey residential and commercial properties by taking photos, collecting property details and information about overall conditions, preparing reports in a timely manner, and submitting reports online through a PC or desktop computer with attachments. The opportunity may be full-time or part-time.

Requirements

• Have a reliable car for travel to inspections.
• Have a Microsoft computer running Windows 10 or newer.
• Have a smartphone or digital camera.
• Have reliable home internet.
• Have basic computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance property inspections at residential and commercial properties.
• Take photos of inspected properties.
• Obtain property details and document overall property conditions.
