About The Position

Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys in the Bangor, Michigan coverage area. Contractors survey residential and commercial properties by photographing each property, gathering property details and assessing overall conditions. They must prepare reports in a timely manner and submit them online through a PC or desktop computer, including attachments. The opportunity may suit full-time or part-time work. Davies provides onboarding and support.

Requirements

• Have a reliable car for traveling to inspections.
• Have a Microsoft computer running Windows 10 or newer.
• Have a smartphone or digital camera.
• Have reliable home internet.
• Have basic computer and communication skills.
