About The Position
Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys in the Gainesville, Florida coverage area. Contractors survey residential and commercial properties by photographing properties, gathering details about property conditions, completing reports promptly, and submitting reports online through a PC or desktop with attachments. Davies provides onboarding and support.
Requirements
- Have a reliable car for traveling to inspections.
- Have a computer running Microsoft Windows 10 or newer.
- Have a smartphone or digital camera.
- Have reliable home internet.
- Have basic computer and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct insurance property surveys at residential and commercial properties.
- Take photos of properties.
- Obtain property details and assess overall conditions.
- Complete reports in a timely manner.
- Submit survey reports online through a PC or desktop, including attachments.
