Requirements
- Strong communication and listening skills

- Dependable organization and time management abilities
Nice To Haves
- One year or more of experience in customer service, sales, or insurance
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to earn)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities
- Help agency growth by connecting with clients and providing excellent service
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Work with a full portfolio of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
- Develop relationships that strengthen client loyalty and lead to referrals
- Support team and individual customer service goals
- Stay updated on insurance products and solutions through regular training
- Use CRM tools efficiently to manage client information and communication
- Participate in collaborative team meetings and agency improvement projects
