About The Position

Twenty-First Services is a regional, family-owned insurance inspection firm that has operated since 1980. The company is expanding into New Jersey and is seeking inspectors to help open the state in late Q4 and cover locations throughout the state. The role involves completing commercial insurance inspections, each of which pays $63–$72 and typically takes about an hour. Because the company does not currently service New Jersey, monthly income is an estimate.

This is a 1099 position with a flexible schedule: inspectors set their own pace while completing assignments within a 20-day time frame. Training is provided, and construction or insurance experience is favored. Inspectors are generally assigned work within a 30-mile radius, with travel pay provided beyond that radius. Payment is sent twice per month for approved accounts.
