About The Position

Twenty First Services is seeking a permanent Insurance Field Inspector to represent Brenham, Texas, and surrounding areas, typically within a 30-mile radius. Each approved inspection pays $50–$62 and typically takes about an hour. The position is 1099, with the inspector scheduling work at their own pace; 90% of assignments are expected to be completed within a 20-day timeframe. Payment is sent twice per month on approved accounts.

The inspector contacts the inspection subject, conducts an interview, schedules an onsite appointment, takes photographs and prepares a diagram of the location, then submits findings through the company website. Training is provided, and the review team offers assistance with difficult-to-contact accounts or agencies, along with additional guidance during the first three months.
