About The Position

Twenty-First Services is seeking an Insurance Field Inspector in the St. Louis, Missouri area and surrounding locations. The company is a regional, family-owned insurance inspection firm that has expanded into Kansas and Missouri with an existing client. Each commercial report pays $60 or more per inspection and typically takes about an hour to complete. The inspection volume for the new territory is unknown; the client is ordering 100–250 inspections across three states. Inspectors may work at their own pace within a 20-day timeframe, and the company will work to keep assignments within a one-hour radius. This is a 1099 position. Training is provided, and payments are sent twice per month for approved accounts.

The inspector contacts the insured to conduct an interview, schedules an onsite appointment, takes photographs and creates a diagram of the location, and submits findings through the company website. Construction or insurance backgrounds and other relevant work history are favored.
