About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Minneapolis office. The attorney will analyze and draft coverage opinions, represent clients in coverage litigation, communicate professionally with clients and carriers, and deliver timely, high-quality work. Candidates should have a strong background in third-party coverage and be able to manage competing deadlines while working independently and collaboratively. Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice in Minnesota. The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, with eligibility for discretionary and performance-based bonuses and student loan repayment assistance. National salary ranges are $100,000–$165,000 for associates, $140,000–$215,000 for Senior Counsel/Of Counsel, and $190,000–$275,000+ for partners. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in insurance coverage law.
Strong background in third-party coverage, including drafting coverage opinions and handling coverage litigation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.
