About The Position
The Smile Lodge Ortho team is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our team of dental professionals! We're a practice built on collaboration, excellence, and delivering an exceptional experience for every patient and family we serve, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion. This position will require travel between Clifton Park and Greenbush. If you're detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you! This role may also include additional front desk duties as needed.
Requirements
- Prior orthodontic experience
- Prior insurance knowledge and experience with claim submissions (both Medicaid and Commercial)
- Ability to travel between our Clifton Park & East Greenbush locations
- Strong attention to detail
- Genuine commitment to patient care
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance claim submissions (Medicaid and Commercial)
- Travel between Clifton Park and Greenbush locations
- Perform additional front desk duties as needed
