About The Position

Our Insurance Service Specialists start at $17.00 per hour, which includes $16.50 per hour and an on-site differential of $.50 per hour. Top Insurance Service Representatives earn an additional $3 per hour with bonus! You can apply online here, or you can walk-in to our office at 7810 E Escalante on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 10 am and 2 pm for an on-the-spot interview and possibility to walk out with a job offer! Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally
  • Navigating multiple systems and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
  • Quick-thinking problem solver
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office setting
  • Minimum 6 months in a customer service role
  • Available for paid training to include 8 weeks of training time and 4 weeks of transition time
  • Available to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week (40 hours/week), including weekends and some holidays, between 7:30am - 12:30am EST
  • Must pass a background screening
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Be legally permitted to work in the United States
