Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships with clients through phone and Zoom consultations
Learn about each client's needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
Clearly explain coverage options and answer client questions with confidence
Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
Maintain organized schedules, follow-ups, and digital records
Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership training
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing remote team focused on exceptional client service
