This position will assist in the delivery of a compliance quality control function by performing compliance reviews and identifying and mitigating potential risks. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and making recommendations regarding basic RMA (Risk Management Agency) required compliance reviews, documenting findings, and assessing the necessity for additional reviews. The administrator will also interpret RMA audit requests, investigate data transmission errors, communicate new compliance reviews to customers, and ensure proper documentation retention. Collaboration with internal and external departments, including Claims and Underwriting, is essential for delivering excellent customer service to agents and farmers. The role requires adherence to company policies, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations, and the identification and communication of potential misrepresentations, fraud, waste, abuse, and other compliance risks. Contributing to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement is also key.
