About The Position

Compeer Financial is seeking collaborative, innovative, and dynamic professionals to be a part of our Top Workplace culture! This internship will work with the Crop Insurance team to process and service multi-peril crop insurance (MPCI), crop hail, and other insurance policies. The intern will develop a working knowledge of crop insurance products, perform data entry into AIP systems, produce, assemble, and mail marketing material to clients, and protect client confidentiality and integrity of Compeer client data. This is a paid internship, and the intern will work full-time through the summer of 2026. The internship is located out of any Compeer office location in WI, IL, or MN. The intern must provide their own housing and transportation, but business-related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, agronomy, soil science, animal science, economics, finance, business, or a related field.
  • Efficient, accurate, detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with multiple forms of technology and software, including Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Oral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers and team leader.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
  • Must provide own housing and transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Process and service multi-peril crop insurance (MPCI), crop hail, and other insurance policies.
  • Develop working knowledge of crop insurance products.
  • Data entry into AIP systems.
  • Produce, assemble, and mail marketing material to clients.
  • Protect client confidentiality and integrity of Compeer client data.
